Notes on email lists:
Anyone may remove themselves from an email list at anytime by going to the bottom of the email and simply clicking to be removed.
To re add to an email list a person must go to the bottom of one of their previous emails and click manage subscription.
If you forward any email sent to you, make sure you delete the removal link at the bottom because if someone you forward an email to deletes from the list, it deletes YOU and not them.
