HOW TO PLACE ORDERS:
Your ID number is part of your personal website. www.advocare.com/yourid# Your website connects all orders to you so that you get credit.
If you do not know your id# or someone else's you can go to www.advocare.com and click on "contact distributor" and then look the person up.
If you are ordering for yourself you login
(in the upper right corner)
If you are placing an order for someone go to your site and DONT LOGIN. You can place a retail order OR set up an account to place a wholesale order
PLACING RETAIL ORDERS
NO MEMBERSHIP FEE
1) get on your website logged out
2) click shop now
3) add the products your customer wants to the cart
4) click checkout.
5) It will then ask you to login OR create an account, choose "create a customer account" and simply follow the prompts and you will set up their account and finish placing their order.
6) make the username firstnamelastname1 no spaces all lowercase and the password the lastname1 all lowercase so you can remember how to login to help someone order at a later date.
6) send your new customer an email with how they order...by going to www.advocare.com and logging in with the username and password you just made for them.
SETTING UP A NEW DISTRIBUTOR
OR WHOLESALE CUSTOMER
1) get on your website logged out
2) click become a distributor and follow the prompts
3) make the username firstnamelastname no spaces all lowercase and the password the lastname all lowercase so you can remember how to login to help someone order at a later date
4) SS# is not required but highly recommended because if a new member ever gets referral income they won't recieve it unless Advocare has their social.
5) Click YES in the box for auto renew. This ensures someone will not lose their discount or downline. It is a simple 1 minute phone call to cancel, but very expensive to lose an entire account and start over!
6)once creditcard info submits click
"login to microsite."
7) click shop now
8) on the left column click "quick order form" which lists products in order for easy ordering.
9)choose products and click add to cart at the bottom
10)either leave the shipping the same or you can add a shipping address.
11)once you add the credit card info, you still must click submit at the bottom to complete the order and get order confirmation.
12) Immediately add your new customer or distributor to the correct mailing list on www.advocarebydesign.com
Customers get autorespond them an email with the password to print the cleanse and 24 day challenge, plus explanations on discount levels.
